Sofitel Warsaw Victoria – Hotel near airport in Warsaw

The hotel has very nice and comfortable rooms, but the dated decor wasn't up to my liking. The service was exceptional, especially the concierge who went above and beyond. The location is fantastic, right in the middle of the city, making it easy to explore. The dining experience was good overall, but a bit pricey for what it offered.

Staying at the hotel was a mixed experience. On the positive side, the location was fantastic right in the heart of the city, between the old and new parts, and within walking distance of major attractions. Unfortunately, the room, although overlooking the iconic Tomb of the Unknown Soldier, felt a bit outdated, reminiscent of the 1970s.

I had an unbelievably amazing experience at this hotel! The rooms were spacious and had everything I needed, even an iron. However, they were a bit dated and dusty, not quite living up to a 5-star standard. Being attached to the bedroom was really convenient.

I was pleasantly surprised by the view from my room overlooking the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier, guarded 24 hours a day. The location allowed me to witness a military parade and enjoy the Old Town. The service was exceptional, especially at the restaurant and bar, meeting all my needs and offering detailed information on nearby attractions. The hotel's proximity to the old town, restaurants, and shops made exploring the area convenient. The breakfast was delicious, and the dining experience overall was top-notch. While the breakfast was a bit pricey, the quality was exceptional. My stay was made even more memorable by the staff's attentiveness and the remarkable location.

My stay at the hotel was absolutely wonderful. The rooms had a huge and very comfortable bed with excellent views over the Square and park, beautifully modern equipped, making it very comfortable. The Spa area was excellent. The service was exceptional, going above and beyond to help with any questions or support needed. The staff greeted me in French 'bonjour,' adding a nice touch to the experience, and even left homemade Christmas cookies in the room upon arrival. The location was superb, allowing easy walking access to the University, the old city, and many sights in between. The dining experience was fantastic with a great selection of food, including healthy options. The facilities were top-notch, especially the good quality swimming pool. However, the WiFi was not complimentary, which was a minor inconvenience. Overall, a fantastic hotel with great value for money.
