Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
The hotel offers sumptuous rooms with fantastic service, the best breakfast ever, and a bonus swimming pool. The location is perfect for exploring the city, with easy access to Old Town and restaurant areas. Dining options are delicious but somewhat expensive.
The hotel exceeded my expectations with its prime location overlooking one of the main squares and being near the Old Town, making it a fantastic choice for exploring the city. The rooms were clean and had a very comfy bed but were not what we expected. The service was awesome, with friendly and helpful staff throughout our stay. The dining options were delicious, although slightly overpriced compared to local standards. Overall, a great value for money experience that I would recommend without hesitation.
I was pleasantly surprised by the well-prepared rooms while we were out for dinner, although upon our return, they had not been serviced by 2 pm. The lack of response to the phone call was a downside, but the rooms were comfortable and welcoming.
The hotel surprised me with a spacious room layout, perfect for business travelers looking to entertain. However, the outdated machines and lack of soundproofing were drawbacks. The location was ideal for exploring Old Town and the helpful service made my stay enjoyable.
I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Sofitel overlooking the park. The location was fantastic, very close to the center yet in a quiet area. The view over the square was stunning. The service really shone through as the main asset of the hotel. The dining experience was good, and the facilities were top-notch.
The hotel has very nice and comfortable rooms, but the dated decor wasn't up to my liking. The service was exceptional, especially the concierge who went above and beyond. The location is fantastic, right in the middle of the city, making it easy to explore. The dining experience was good overall, but a bit pricey for what it offered.
Staying at the hotel was a mixed experience. On the positive side, the location was fantastic right in the heart of the city, between the old and new parts, and within walking distance of major attractions. Unfortunately, the room, although overlooking the iconic Tomb of the Unknown Soldier, felt a bit outdated, reminiscent of the 1970s.
I had an unbelievably amazing experience at this hotel! The rooms were spacious and had everything I needed, even an iron. However, they were a bit dated and dusty, not quite living up to a 5-star standard. Being attached to the bedroom was really convenient.
I was pleasantly surprised by the view from my room overlooking the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier, guarded 24 hours a day. The location allowed me to witness a military parade and enjoy the Old Town. The service was exceptional, especially at the restaurant and bar, meeting all my needs and offering detailed information on nearby attractions. The hotel's proximity to the old town, restaurants, and shops made exploring the area convenient. The breakfast was delicious, and the dining experience overall was top-notch. While the breakfast was a bit pricey, the quality was exceptional. My stay was made even more memorable by the staff's attentiveness and the remarkable location.
My stay at the hotel was absolutely wonderful. The rooms had a huge and very comfortable bed with excellent views over the Square and park, beautifully modern equipped, making it very comfortable. The Spa area was excellent. The service was exceptional, going above and beyond to help with any questions or support needed. The staff greeted me in French 'bonjour,' adding a nice touch to the experience, and even left homemade Christmas cookies in the room upon arrival. The location was superb, allowing easy walking access to the University, the old city, and many sights in between. The dining experience was fantastic with a great selection of food, including healthy options. The facilities were top-notch, especially the good quality swimming pool. However, the WiFi was not complimentary, which was a minor inconvenience. Overall, a fantastic hotel with great value for money.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were incredibly comfortable, each featuring its own sauna and a luxurious king-size bed. The service was impeccable, making sure everything was well-stocked and in order daily. The location couldn't have been better, right on the edge of the historical Old Town overlooking iconic squares, and the dining experience was exceptional with a wide variety of options available.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were newly renovated and truly comfortable, offering the best bed for a good night's sleep. However, the central ventilation was super loud at times. The service was robotic and lacked that personal touch, but the access to Old Town was convenient. The location was great, allowing easy walks to both the Old Town area and the newer part of town. The dining experience was delicious, especially the breakfast. Overall, a mixed experience with some highs and lows.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The rooms were delightful, overlooking Pilsudski Square with a view of the eternal flame at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier. They were spacious, modern, and had absolutely everything we needed, including an iron. The service was a bit of a mixed bag, with a maintenance person agreeing to send help promptly, but also ignoring the 'Do Not Disturb' sign. The location was absolutely perfect, right in the heart of Warsaw with easy access to all the attractions. The dining experience was exceptional with delicious options like fresh juices and made-to-order eggs. The facilities were top-notch, making my stay even more enjoyable.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were modernly furnished, very clean, and had a very comfortable bed, making my stay so cozy and enjoyable. The separate kitchen area was a great addition for those who want to entertain during their stay. The staff were professional and really helpful. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of the city between the old and new parts, making it easy to explore. The dining experience offered a variety of tasty options, but it was a bit crowded at times. Overall, a great value for money hotel with top-notch amenities.
